FAQ's about our Living Social Deal
A: February 9, 2013. This is the date by which you must contact us to schedule your session. However, the session itself can be scheduled to take place up to 6 months AFTER the expiration date.
Q: How many people are included in the session and if I need to add more, how much does it cost?
A: The coupon is valid for up to 6 people. If you want to add more people, the cost is $10 per person.
Q: Where will my session take place?
A: Your session can take place at an outside location, your home, or pick one of our favorite locations. We will travel anywhere within a 25 mile radius of St. Louis zip code 63129. If your session occurs at your home we can setup our portable studio backdrops, use the inside of your home or your backyard as your backdrop. It is your decision.
Q: What if I live outside of a 25 mile radius of zip code 63129?
A: If you live outside a 25 mile radius from St. Louis, MO zip code 63129, you must choose a location within 25 miles of St. Louis, MO zip code 63129 for your session or a travel fee will be charged of .62 cents per mile each direction, beyond 25 miles. Smile4MeDesigns will travel up to 75 miles one direction.
Q: Does the high resolution CD of images come with a print release so I can print them myself or at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc.?
A: Yes, the high-resolution CD containing edited images from your online gallery for printing up to 8 x10 does include a print release. We are also offering 25% off any prints for up to 14 days after we post your online gallery if you would like to purchase any professional quality prints or wall portraits.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book my session?
A: Currently, we are booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance for portrait sessions. However, that may increase depending on how many sessions are sold through Living Social. We recommend planning your session 4 to 6 weeks out to ensure we are available on the date and time you choose.
Q: Where and when will I get to see my images after the session?
A: Your edited images will be presented in a password protected, online gallery about 2 weeks after your session. From there, you will be able to access a secure shopping cart to order any prints, packages, or products you wish to purchase. Your high resolution CD containing your edited images from your online gallery for printing up to 8 x10 with print release will be mailed to you about 2 weeks after your session. We also do sneak peeks of your images on our Facebook page, so be sure to ‘Like’ Smile4MeDesigns so you can get a sneak preview of a few of your images!
Q: Do you edit your images?
A: Yes, all images presented to you in the online gallery & on the high resolution CD are edited. Editing will consist of cropping images to an 8x10 size; the removal of blemishes; soften skin and enhance eyes; as well as remove any background distractions or basic color/exposure adjustments if needed.
